Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar para asesor BKD FH mempunyai kriteria yang sama dalam proses penilaian, sehingga dapat mengantisipasi perbedaan yang akan timbul nantinya. Kegiatan ini dihadiri langsung oleh Dekan FH, Dr. M. Fakih, serta sebagian besar asesor BKD FH Unila. Pada kesempatan ini mengemuka berbagai potensi perbedaan persepsi penilaian, serta berbagai persoalan atas kinerja para dosen yang akan dinilai. Dengan berbagai pendangan yang muncul, telah disepakati solusi-solusi terhadap kendala yang ada maupun hal-hal lain yang akan menjadi persoalan nantinya.
