Pada kesempatan ini hadir Amelia Putri selaku Kabag Perencanaan Polresta Bandar Lampung beserta jajaran. Pelaksanaan survey kepuasan ini dalam rangka melihat respon masyarakat Bandar Lampung khususnya terhadap berbagai layanan yang diberikan oleh Polrestas Bandar Lampung, antara lain pengaduan masyarakat, pelayanan SIM, dan juga pembuatan SKCK.  Dalam kesempatan ini, Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Kerjasama.
