VISION

The Faculty of Law at the University of Lampung Will Become the Best Law Institution in Indonesia in 2025.

MISSION

To create law graduates who can compete both domestically and internationally
Enhancing the quality of lecturers and educational staff
Improving the quality of research, community service, and scholarly articles by lecturers and students
Enhancing regional, national, and international cooperation in the Tri Dharma fields
Improving the performance and achievements of students on a national and international scale
Strengthening relationships and optimizing alumni participation
Maintaining and enhancing infrastructure and learning facilities
Improving and streamlining faculty governance with excellent service

To create law graduates who can compete both domestically and internationally:

  1. Achieve excellent national accreditation and international standards.
  2. Implement research-based teaching and student-centered learning.
  3. Facilitate independent learning programs in collaboration with stakeholders and provide support in the preparation of course modules/RPS.
  4. Optimize online learning (Virtual Classes).
  5. Optimize the governance of Research Centers, Law Laboratories, Departments, and Study Programs within the Faculty of Law.
  6. Continue the initiation/establishment of the Notary Study Program and implement professional legal education.

Enhancing the quality of lecturers and educational staff:

  1. Support lecturers to pursue doctoral (S3) education both domestically and abroad.
  2. Support and provide opportunities for lecturers to advance in structural and functional positions.
  3. Support and provide opportunities for lecturers to actively participate in academic associations and competency training.
  4. Provide support for educational staff to participate in competency training programs.

Improving the quality of research, community service, and scholarly articles by lecturers and students:

  1. Provide support and opportunities to participate in national and international seminars as speakers.
  2. Provide funding assistance for book writing, intellectual property rights (IPR) applications, and accredited journal publications.
  3. Support and facilitate lecturers to win national and international research and community service competitions.
  4. Continue and enhance the Law-Based Foster Village Program and other fostered regions.
  5. Support and facilitate the transformation of research results into community service programs.

Enhancing regional, national, and international cooperation in the Tri Dharma fields:

  1. Support and build partnerships with government or private institutions in master’s (S2) and doctoral (S3) education.
  2. Support lecturers in conducting collaborative research/community service and national/international publications.
  3. Support the visiting professor program.
  4. Facilitate and develop opportunities for lecturers to establish partnerships at regional, national, and international levels.
  5. Support and facilitate lecturers in providing legal expertise services.

Improving the performance and achievements of students on a national and international scale:

  1. Facilitate certification of competency recognition for eligible students.
  2. Provide opportunities for students to receive research and community service grants as well as scientific publications.
  3. Support student organizations and activities within the Faculty of Law.
  4. Increase student participation in academic and non-academic activities.

Strengthening relationships and optimizing alumni participation:

  1. Improve communication with Faculty of Law Unila alumni.
  2. Conduct alumni data mapping and ensure data accuracy.
  3. Support, facilitate, and participate in various alumni gatherings with the academic community.
  4. Recognize outstanding alumni.
  5. Provide space for alumni to participate in various academic and non-academic activities.

Maintaining and enhancing infrastructure and learning facilities:

  1. Involve work units in improving and upgrading the facilities of the Faculty.
  2. Regularly maintain and repair facilities while ensuring cleanliness.

Improving and streamlining faculty governance with excellent service:

  1. Enhance the performance of the deanship at the Dean and Vice Dean levels based on duties and responsibilities.
  2. Improve administrative work performance according to roles and responsibilities.
  3. Enhance the performance of departments and study programs.
  4. Strengthen the institution and improve the performance of the Faculty Quality Assurance Team and the Department/Program Quality Assurance Teams.
